News on Aylesbury FDS C

We have had lots of interesting conversations with local residents and groups about our plans for Contract C of the First Development Site.

Whether you came to an online session, met us in person or filled in a survey on the Commonplace website, thank you for taking the time to do so.

We have noted some common themes as well as good ideas that have come forward. Your comments and feedback will now be used to help develop the planning application.

Although the consultation is now closed for comments, you can still view the plans here on the Commonplace website.

The next stage is for us to develop these plans and then submit a planning application for the changes. There will then be a period of statutory consultation led by Southwark Council and so you will have another opportunity to comment at that stage.
